If you’re a fan of Bettys, there’s a tasty new reason to pay a visit this summer.
From 1st July, Bettys has launched an exciting collection of handcrafted savoury treats, with a selection available in all Bettys cafés and shops, and some also available to order online.
Made using quality ingredients and traditional baking methods, the new range offers everything from flaky pastries to moreish nibbles – perfect for picnics, sharing platters or simply enjoying with your favourite cup of tea.
The new collection includes:

- Mature Cheddar Cheese Straws – Hand-cut at the Bettys Craft Bakery using all-butter pastry and no added preservatives. Light, flaky and perfect for sharing or snacking.
- Cheese Twist – A hand-twisted all-butter croissant pastry layered with mature cheddar, Grana Padano and Gruyère – an ideal addition to any summer picnic.
- Flammkuchen – An Alsatian-inspired crisp croissant dough slice topped with crème fraîche, slow-caramelised onions, toasted breadcrumbs and fresh chives.
- Red Pepper Bateau de Croissant – A boat-shaped croissant filled with roasted red pepper and cream cheese, finished with toasted pine nuts and fresh chives.
- Cheese & Chilli Snaps – Bite-sized all-butter savoury biscuits baked with mature cheddar, chilli, onion and paprika. Great alongside a cheeseboard or as an everyday snack.
- Sriracha & Parmigiano Nibbles – A bold mix of crunchy pretzels, crisp Parmigiano cheese bites and baked almonds, coated with sriracha chilli for a gentle kick of heat and a touch of sweetness.
