Ilkley Healing Alternatives Festival – SPRING 2026

The Ilkley Healing Alternatives Festival returns to the King’s Hall & Winter Garden on April 11th & 12th, bringing nearly 40 years of tradition to the town’s historic Neolithic landscape. This weekend event focuses on the harmony of body, mind, and spirit through a curated selection of holistic therapies, expert guidance, and unique retail.

Event Highlights

• Holistic Therapies: Visitors can experience a range of treatments including Reiki, Shiatsu massage, reflexology, acupuncture, and crystal therapy.
• Expert Guidance: Renowned psychic mediums will be available for private consultations throughout the weekend.
• Artisanal Retail: A diverse marketplace featuring local artists, makers, essential oils, natural skincare, specialist books, and handcrafted jewellery.
• Pop-up Cafe: Onsite refreshments are available throughout the event.
• Pre-Show Gathering: A free, non-ticketed evening event on April 10th led by Katharine from Orange Blossom Old Ways on Ilkley Moor.

Exclusive Spotlight Workshops

• Saturday 11th April (10:30 AM): Heaven & Earth with Edwin Courtenay. An exploration of celestial and terrestrial energies to boost intuition and healing.
• Sunday 12th April (10:30 AM): Softening the Armour with The Body Mind Collective. An experiential session focusing on the body-mind connection and trauma recovery.
