A Weekend of Yorkshire Celebration

Ilkley is celebrating Yorkshire Day with a lively weekend of music, entertainment, shopping and family fun on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August 2026.  Across the weekend, The Grove will be filled with local makers, bakers and creators, alongside a tempting selection of street food and drink. There will be live music and entertainment throughout both days, with performances from local bands, singers, musicians, choirs and community groups.

On Saturday, don’t miss the official Yorkshire Day Proclamation at Station Plaza, plus a brand-new Children’s Activity Area at Canker Well featuring circus skills, a magician and plenty more to keep younger visitors entertained.
